The Story
The A-Brake Pads are available in Normal (black) and Soft (clear) durometers for all your braking needs. The clear ones work best for painted rims and the red/black ones are best used for hard-anodized rims.
Options
- Black: Normal Compound. Best overall pad for most riders.
- Red: Medium Compound. More “grip”, with less “feather” than black pads.
- Clear: Soft Compound. Most “grip” due to the extra-soft rubber durometer that is used. Ideal for our powder coated and hard anodized rims.
