At Odyssey BMX, we stand behind the quality of our components and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your setup. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused parts in their original branded packaging; items must be in resalable condition without signs of installation or wear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the components, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
